AUSTIN, TX – An innovative new coffee creamer is going to be packaged in an innovative line of carton packs, according to an announcement from food manufacturer Picnik.

The Austin-based company stated in a press release on Monday that it was releasing the first-to-market butter coffee creamer in convenient combidome 750-millilitre carton packs produced by SIG, a leading manufacturer of aseptic packaging with headquarters in Neuhausen, Switzerland.

Picnik’s new butter coffee creamer is made with a combination of grass-fed butter, whey protein sourced from New Zealand, and medium chain triglycerides entirely derived from coconuts. With these ingredients, the creamer provides healthy fats and sustained energy, minus the crash that coffee drinkers often get after a cup, Picnik said. Customers can mix this creamer with both hot and cold drinks easily.

Megan Lavorato, Picnik’s director of operations, said in a press statement that the company had developed the new creamer with consumers in mind. “We wanted to blend the highest quality with the best taste for optimal experiences,” she said. “This extends to having differentiated packaging for our differentiated product.”

Picnik chose SIG for this packaging because its combidome carton packs include the top features of bottles, the release stated. Each creamer carton has a single-action screwcap called a domeTwist, which is positioned in the middle of the package’s top and enables easy access. This way, customers should benefit from easy handling and smooth pouring.

Another reason for partnering with SIG, the released added, was that Picnik felt that the packaging company was capable of meeting its customers’ continually evolving needs. SIG works by a Value Proposition that aims to promote product innovation and differentiation to satisfy contemporary consumers.

Established in 1853, SIG specializes in delivering food products to people in safe, sustainable, and affordable packaging. It serves customers in more than 65 countries.

Picnik is a company that focuses on healthy, wholesome foods that are convenient and nutritious. Founder Naomi Seifter prioritizes awareness of food sensitivities, dietary restrictions, and lifestyle choices. The company was founded in 2013.

Picnik’s new creamer is expected to be available this month, the release stated.
